Hi! My name is erin, and I love to make cupcakes. I am a seventh generation native of Florida. I was born and raised in Tampa, and am currently residing on the lovely Davis Islands. erin’s cupcake creations began from a simple, uncontrollable love of baking. I started by baking goodies for friends birthdays, special occasions, any excuse to recognize with something tasty. I happened upon a few cake decorating books specializing in cupcakes, and after that, I couldn’t stop making fun new creations. I thrive on being creative, and making artful, fun, and delicious products. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me!
